Delivery

Yes, we ship overseas via DHL and other local  carriers.  Our designers are international which allows us the flexibility to ship virtually anywhere.

It depends on where you are in the world, and what you have ordered.  Many of our in-stock items ship out within 1-3 business days of processing.  If your item is made to order or a custom item it could vary.

Absolutely. Some items can be ordered after they’re sold out, but you may experience some delay receiving them. Please email us at info@bdulce.com with a link or the name of the B Dulce Mood you want, for more info.

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Stripe, PayPal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay.

Yes, they include your local taxes.

Your Order

Each listing should have size details that are in either inches or centimeters. We also may have shoe sizing in foreign sizes.  We have tried our best to ensure that our sizes show a correlation to USA sizes in the charts.  If you are unsure about the stated size information, feel free to reach out to us at order@bdulce.com

It usually takes 2-4 days to ship after your order has been placed.  From there your order should be to you in 4-13 days. Sometimes it may take a bit longer, but we will inform you. You will also be given a tracking number so that you can see when your order will get to you.

Placing an order is as simple as following the steps below:

  1. Choose the product you desire.
  2. Add to cart and proceed to checkout.
  3. Choose your preferred payment option.

With that, your order is on its way.

If you would like to keep track of your orders and/or receive casual discounts you may want to consider creating an account with us. However, you are free to checkout as a guest and you will still be able to track your order.

Refunds & Returns

Once you have placed your order you may change it up until it is shipped.  After shipment, you will need to resend the article or product before we will reissue you a refund or exchange.

There is no return fee.

If you would like to return an item, simply contact us at order@bdulce.com and we would be glad to assist you with how to return the item.

Yes, as soon as we receive your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email.

It can take 5-7 days to process a return, But we do have 21 days post-purchase return policy.

We strive to make sure all of our items are quality and undamaged. If you receive damaged items, please reach out to us and we would be glad to send you out the equivalent item on us.
